Many common Federal Tax forms are now available in the library. Other forms can be photocopied from a book available at the 2nd floor Reference Desk or found online. The library also has Massachusetts State Tax forms. Other Massachusetts forms and instructions can be obtained online. All tax forms are available free of charge while supplies last. They are located on the first floor of the library near our New Fiction section. Telephone help is available from the Andover IRS office at 978 474–5200, and IRS Telephone Assistance 1 800 829–1040. Library staff are not able to provide tax help. But, what's really special, is a volunteer from AARP will be in the library to offer free tax assistance by appointment on Thursdays starting February 3rd and running thru April 14th 2011.
